Frozen Italian Mojito
A variation on a Punchdrunk recipe. This was developed by Steve the Bartender.
Ingredients
  • Lime zest, optional
  • 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
  • 2.5 oz (75 ml) Cocchi Americano
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 8 to 10 mint leaves
  • 1.5 cups crushed / pebble ice
  • ⅛ tsp. Xantham gum, optional
Steps
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
  2. Pout into a frozen Collins glass and garnish with a mint plume.
