Baked Fish Sticks with Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the Fish Sticks:
  • Olive oil or avocado oil cooking spray
  • 1 lb. cod fillets or white fish of choice, cut into 2 to 2 ½ inch long pieces about ~½ to ¾ inch thick
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup King Arthur Almond Flour (86g grams)
  • 2 Tbsp. King Arthur Coconut Flour (16 grams)
  • 1½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. sweet or smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • subheading: For the Homemade Tartar Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tsp. fresh dill or ¾ tsp. dried dill
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, more to taste
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp. honey or maple syrup (optional, adds a touch of sweetness. Omit for Whole30)
