These little gems of protein have BBQ sauce directly mixed into the beef, making them extra juicy.

Servings: 5 to 6

Servings: 5-6
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Grass fed ground beef
  • ¼ c. BBQ sauce (I use Primal Kitchen Classic BBQ sauce)
  • Salt and Pepper
Steps
  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place ground beef in a bowl and pour the sauce over it. Gently mix the sauce throughout the beef. Using your hands works the best, but a wooden spoon also works.
  3. Press some of the mixture into a ¼ cup dry measuring cup and level it off. Turn the cup over and sharply tap the side of the measuring cup onto the pan and the meat mixture should release onto the parchment paper. Use your fingers to reform any part that falls off.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over slider patties before grilling.
  5. Grill sliders at 375 to 400 until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Notes
  • Can be frozen and reheated in the microwave. Freeze flat on a tray and then place in freezer safe bag. Recipe can also be doubled or tripled.
  • Makes an easy protein to have on hand for meal emergencies! Serve with Guacamole, salsa or melt cheese on top.
