Queso
Ingredients
  • 1 Small onion chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ Tsp coriander
  • ½ Tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp chili
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle
  • ¾ Cup milk
  • 2 pounds Velveeta
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
Steps
  1. Fry onion in 1 tablespoon of oil until soft.
  2. Add garlic and all spices until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add milk and Velveeta and salsa stirring often until melted and smooth.
