Ingredients
- 1 ½ c sifted powdered sugar
- 1 c sifted flour
- 12 large egg whites
- 1 ½ t cream of tarter
- ¼ t salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c sugar
Steps
- Sift tog flour and powdered sugar two times.
- Beat tog next 4 ingred til soft peaks form.
- Add sugar 2 T at a time and keep beating til stiff peaks form.
- Sift ¼ of the flour into the whites and fold by hand. Rep til flour is added.
- Add mixture to ungreased tube pan.
- Bake 350 for 40 mins or til done.
- Cook while inverted in pan.
