Easy 10-Minute Wonton Soup!
Ingredients
  • SCALE 1x 2x 3x
  •  
  • 4 cups chicken broth (or use veggie or beef)
  • 2 pieces of peeled ginger, about ¼ inch thick
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 stems of scallions, cut into 2 inch pieces or so (the white part)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package of wontons! (we used the Trader Joe’s Cilantro Chicken ones)
