Pineapple Marshmallow Frosting
Ingredients
  • 2½ oz Max Mallow vanilla marshmallows
  • ½ tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp crushed pineapple, drained
  • 10 drops @oooflavors Pineapple Juice or Marshmallow flavored concentrate, (optional), but helps punch up the pineapple flavor. You can add more to YOUR taste.
Steps
  1. In a large glass bowl, microwave Marshmallows and vanilla syrup in 20 second increments. Just till barely melted, and puffy. Should take about 40 seconds.
  2. Stir together with a rubber spatula and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Beat in cream cheese, pineapple and drops.
  4. Spread this over cake and chill and enjoy!
