Pineapple Marshmallow Frosting

2½ oz Max Mallow vanilla marshmallows

½ tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp crushed pineapple, drained

10 drops @oooflavors Pineapple Juice or Marshmallow flavored concentrate, (optional), but helps punch up the pineapple flavor. You can add more to YOUR taste.

In a large glass bowl, microwave Marshmallows and vanilla syrup in 20 second increments. Just till barely melted, and puffy. Should take about 40 seconds.

Stir together with a rubber spatula and set aside to cool slightly.

Beat in cream cheese, pineapple and drops.

Spread this over cake and chill and enjoy!
