  • 3 t evoo
  • ½ c tvp soaked in ½ hot veg broth
  • subheading: Simmering liquid:
  • 5 c vegetable broth
  • any leftover mushroom liquid
  • ¼ soy sauce
  • couple dashes worchestershire and liquid smoke
  • ½ c tomato sauce
  • ½ red wine
