Ingredients
  • subheading: Cheese Sauce:
  • 1 cup (250 mL) raw cashews (soaked for minimum two hours or overnight)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) peeled/chopped carrots
  • 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¾ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • subheading: The Dip:
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1 chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 4 handfuls of chopped spinach
  • ⅓ cup crushed corn chips or bread crumbs for topping
  • 1 to 2 green onion for garnish
  • Chips or crackers for dipping (I used Mary’s Crackers)
