Ingredients
- ½ lb butter
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ vanilla bean
- 1 splash of vanilla extract
Steps
- Combine butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix on medium speed for 5 minutes.
- Add vanilla bean and mix for one more minute.
- While mixing in at a low speed, add sugar.
- Once combined, add a splash of vanilla extract and mix on a medium to high speed for 3 minutes, or until smooth and fully combined.
