  • 15 oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp cumin
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp black pepper
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 1 1⁄2 cups instant rice
  • Tortillas, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro for serving
