salmon patties
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs • ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese • ½ cup of breadcrumbs • 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise • 2 tbsp. of mustard • 2 tbsp. of chopped chives or scallion
  • 1 Drain fish, debone and transfer to a mixing bowl. Flake meat with fork.
