Spelt and Kamut (Khorasan) are ancient wheats, much to be preferred to toxic modern wheat - a major culprit to good health. We need to know these things. Go to www.healthandinspirations.com We can use Coconut Sugar, Raw Honey, Maple Syrup, Panela or Rapadura instead of Sugar. They are also healthier.

  • 200g/7oz whole kamut flour
  • 15g/0.5oz of yeast
  • 10g/0.4oz salt
  • 500g/17.5oz warm water
  • 5g/0.1oz Brown sugar
