Ingredients
  • 250g pumpkin, peeled and diced
  • 250ml So Good™ almond milk
  • 50g honey
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • 1 egg or *1 tbs chia seeds and 6 tbs water
  • 1 sheet wholemeal short crust pastry
  • note: Mix chia seeds and water together in a separate bowl for 30 minutes before adding as an egg replacement.
