  • ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) almond meal
  • seeds scraped from 1 vanilla bean or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ cup (60 g) shredded coconut
