  • Five 3-inch strips orange zest
  • 3 whole sticks (about 15g) Mexican (Ceylon) cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla pod or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ½ ounces (100g) coarse semolina flour (see notes)
