  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cup Guinness
  • 6 cups beef stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lb. baby yukon gold potatoes
  • 6 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch in pieces
  • 1 ½ cup peas
