Chicken Fatteh (Fattet Djaj) by Zaatar and Zaytoun

  • 3 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ cup pine nuts
