Ingredients
  • 2 cans of Salmon
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 cup of self-rising flour
Steps
  1. In a bowl combine 2 cans of Salmon, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped bell pepper, 1 egg, and ¼ cup of milk and mix all these ingredients well.
  2. Gradually add 1 cup of self-rising flour.
  3. Form into patties.
  4. In a skillet heat ¼ cup of oil, place Salmon patty into skillet, 4 at a time, and brown on both sides.
  5. When done place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Eat and enjoy friends.
  7. P.S. Add oil as need during cooking process. And i sometimes use Mackerel as well, they are just as good if not better.
Notes
  • Salmon Croquettes are good for both breakfast and dinner. This is one of my favorites. I love them with hot buttered Biscuits and some Maple Syrup
