Orzo Side Dish

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup dried orzo
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp chicken bullion
  • ½ cup parmesan
  • ¼ cup basil chopped (or Italian adjacent herb of your choice ie 1½ tsp Italian seasoning)
Steps
  1. Brown orzo in Butter
  2. Combine water and bullion
  3. Add to Orzo
  4. Cool covered 15 to 20 min
  5. Add parmesan and herbs
