  • 2 Pound Potatoes, Cubed
  • 6 Cups Beef Broth
  • ½ to 1cup Red Wine
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 10 ounces frozen peas, raw
  • 10 ounces frozen corn, cooked
  • 4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 4 Tablespoons Water
