  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon hot paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 tomatoes from a can of peeled tomatoes, hand crushed
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
