  • Pressure cook the fava beans with 2 to 1 water for 45 minutes. Mash them when they cooked through.
  • Mix the yogurt, tahini minced garlic and lemon together into a paste and pour it over the Fava beans
  • Top with greens and tomato and 2 hefty glugs of olive oil.

  • subheading: Ingredients: (for 4 people):
  • 2 cups of rice (any kind)
  • 2 cups of whole lentils
  • 3 medium sized shredded onions in two halves
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed spices
  • ½ cup of oil

  • Wash and rinse the rice
  • Soak the rice with boiled water - then leave it aside
  • Put the lentils in a medium-sized pot then pour water and cover it- keep it like this for 45 minutes until the seeds are soft
  • Drain the rice and lentils from the water
  • First, put the rice in a medium-sized pot, then add the lentils on top
  • Add 3 cups of hot water and turn stove to medium heat, add salt, and spices and wait for it boil while it's covered
  • In a medium sized pan, put the oil and the shredded onions
  • Fry for 10 minutes until brown
  • When the rice and lentils are cooked, top with the fried onion
  • Stir everything together so everything is combined
  • Leave it for ten minutes before served

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp of yeast
  • ¼ tablespoons of sugar
  • ¼ cup of corn oil
  • 2.5 cups of flour
  • ½ tablespoon of baking powder
  • ½ tablespoon of salt

  • Mix until not sticky and cover.
  • Leave to rise for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • 1 pack of soft cheese

  • Cut the dough into small balls than stuff it with the cheese
  • Place them in a circle baking pan
  • Place them all aside each other in a circle shape so when its baked it'll stick to each other and make the illusion of the beehive
  • Heat the over on 200 C, and bake for 15 minutes
  • Broil for the last minute

  • Brush the surface with simple syrup and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
