Buckwheat & Almond Banana Bread (Gluten Free Vegan)
Ingredients

  • ½ cup blanched almond meal
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • ½ tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

  • 1 cup mashed banana (approx 3 medium bananas)
  • ⅓ cup non dairy milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup oil (I used organic sunflower oil)
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 chia seed eggs (2 Tbsp. Chia seeds 6 Tbsp. Water)
