  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Minced chives, for topping
