Low Fodmap Thai Pra Ram Tofu

  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon fish sauce, optional
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
  • Optional garnish: Freshly chopped cilantro
