- 2 4 oz can diced green chiles mild*
- ¼ cup chopped onion yellow or red
- ½ cup green bell pepper diced
- 1 cup pineapple diced
- 1 cup mango peeled, diced
- 1 cup peaches diced
- juice of ½ a lime
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro more or less to taste, optional
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp pepper
