  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil - Divided
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Bagoong
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar (White, ACV or Rice will do)
  • ½ Pound Angle Hair Pasta
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Thinly Sliced Green Onion or Chives
