Pressure Cooker Bone Broth
Ingredients
  • Bones  (2 to 3 pounds) - If using fresh beef,  pork or lamb bones bake off in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors
  • 1 Onion - quartered
  • 4 to 5 carrots (or a handful of baby carrots) - roughly chopped
  • 4 to 5 stalks of celery - roughly chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Filtered Water to cover
