  • 2 tablespoons unsalted grass-fed butter
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons powdered erythritol allulose or xylitol, to taste
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch kosher salt
  • heavy cream or almond milk, as needed
