Ingredients
  • ¼ cup garlic-infused olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons Low FODMAP Italian Seasoning, homemade or store-bought, divided*
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes*
  • ¼ teaspoon nutritional yeast, optional
  • ¼ teaspoon liquid stevia or ½ teaspoon honey, or your preferred sweetener to taste (optional, see notes)*
