Salmon and Broccoli Pasta Recipe That's Easy and Ready in Under 15 Minutes
Ingredients
  • 150g dried pasta, of any kind
  • 150g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • Four spring onions, trimmed and sliced or ½ small onion, very finely sliced
  • Two skinless salmon fillets (around 120g each), cut roughly into 3cm chunks
  • Good pinch of dried chilli flakes (optional)
  • 100ml double cream
  • Half a small lemon, finely grated zest only
  • Salt and fresh black pepper
