• I used a cup of flour, a tsp of chilli powder (will use two next time), 2 crushed garlic cloves, tsp celery salt, tsp paprika, tsp oregano, tsp allspice, tsp salt, tsp pepper... I think that was it I just grabbed stuff from the spice cupboard. Then egged and flour dipped. 180 degrees, 8 minutes, flip, 5 minutes, flip again 5 minutes. Mine were from chickens who obviously never skipped leg day haha So I made sure they were 75 degrees in the middle
