Ground Pork Stir-Fry with Peppers
Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper (preferably white pepper)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, organic canola oil or avocado oil
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup thawed shelled edamame
  • ½ cup chopped roasted unsalted peanuts or cashews
