  • 1 cup cooked black beans , drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cooked lentils , drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cooked veggies of choice , can be leftovers from another night
  • 1 cup rolled oats , gluten free if needed
  • ¼ cup almond flour (see note)
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
