Whole30 Turkey Patty, Potato and Broccoli Rice Bowls (Paleo, Whole30)
Ingredients
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes , quartered, or cut into small chunks about ¾ inch thick
  • 3 medium white potatoes , quartered, or cut into small chunks about ¾ inch thick
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 3 tsp rubbed sage
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 15 to 20 ounces broccoli rice (I’ve found 10 ounce and 15 ounce bags)
