Low Carb Slow Cooker Lemon Poke Cake
Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp liquid stevia extract

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp grassfed gelatin (Great Lakes orange can)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 tbsp powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 3 drops yellow vegetable-based food colouring (optional but helps boost yellow colour)

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract.
