- 6 Quorn Sausages
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, very finely diced
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 200ml dry cider
- 1 vegetable stock cube dissolved in 250ml hot water
- 1tsp dried sage
- Small knob of butter
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 small or 1 large dessert apple, peeled and quartered
- 150ml single cream
- ½ tbsp cornflour, dissolved in 1 tbsp of cold water
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Fresh parsley, chopped
