  • tomatoes, diced
  • corn kernels
  • diced avocado (I like mine lightly salted)
  • cilantro
  • salsa
  • other options: jalapeno peppers, hot sauce, sauteed bell peppers, onions, tortilla chips or anything else that sounds good
