  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder (or paprika/smoked paprika)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 270ml coconut milk (full cream or light)
  • 150ml water
