Ingredients
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 (14oz) can cream of coconut (not coconut milk.)
- 1 ½ C heavy cream
- 1 ½ Cups sweetened flaked coconut.
Steps
- Blend together milk and cream of coconut in a blender until well blended.
- Stir in heavy cream and flaked coconut, then pour into canister of an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
