How to Air-Fry Pumfu, Pumpkin Tofu
Ingredients
  • 1 block (8 oz.) of pumfu, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • ½ tablespoon liquid aminos (you can use tamari or soy sauce if you're not gluten-free)

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
