  • 8 oz. of softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • 14 oz. can of artichoke hearts
  • 15 oz. bag of frozen spinach defrosted and squeezed dry
  • 2 tbsp. of dried minced onions
  • 7 oz. of mozzarella 5 oz. for inside the dip & 2 oz. on top of the dip
  • ½ cup of grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 5 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. of dried basil
  • 1 tsp. of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. of crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp. of cracked black pepper & salt
  • nonstick spray or butter to grease the pan
