  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Basil, dried
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
