Merguez Meatball Flatbreads with Herbed Yogurt and Lemony Red Cabbage
Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seed
  • 2 pounds ground lamb
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed, peeled, and minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons harissa (**see note)
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed or other heat tolerant cooking oil
