  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon dill seed (see note)
  • 2 ½ cups cooked brown rice or jasmine rice, cooled
  • 1 ½ cups toasted pecans (see note for nut-free)
  • ¾ cups rolled oats
