Overnight Oats with Frozen Fruit
Ingredients
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 to 8 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup plain yogurt of choice, (or vanilla yogurt)
  • 2 cups frozen fruit or mixed berries, (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
