  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 large tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 to 3 ounces Sweet Butter
