Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil optional
  • 1 stalk green onion sliced (plus more for garnish)

  • 6 ounces skinless boneless chicken breast chopped into small diced pieces
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon oil any neutral oil
