  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional/ or to taste)

  • 1 red bell pepper diced into 1" chunks
  • 1 orange or yellow bell pepper diced into 1" chunks
  • 1 red onion diced into 1" chunks
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" chunks
  • 1 cup salted roasted cashews
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)
